Hello Dani, how has your business adapted during COVID-19?
I’ve actually changed my name to dlskincare and moved my location to Southlake. Luckily since COVID started all of the brands I work with have been offering continuing education classes online and Zoom meetings with other estheticians and the brand leaders to best navigate through all of this together. I’ve also completed advanced sanitation, including COVID-19 safety, courses through Barbicide and my insurance company, ASCP, to be able to take clients as safe as possible. I’ve been trying to think of this new found down time as an opportunity to sit down and really fine tune my business
Every year the main skincare company I work with, DMK, hosts an international competition as well which is coming up and I’m hoping to enter since The Skin Games is coming to a close. I’ve learned so much in the months since I’ve finished my Skin Games entries so I’m excited to see how my new skill sets can benefit future case studies,
