Today, The Platinum Mask channel would like to introduce Kaylyn Hill.

Hey! Please explain to the audience what you’re promoting.

I’m promoting my incoming business set to launch Summer of 2022- soon! My business is LIMITLESS. LIMITLESS specializes in two things, creativity and operations! One thing us creators have always been able to do is have a vision and know its impact. However, our creative process’ can sometimes derail us from the primary mission- that’s when I step in! LIMITLESS will offer two services- the signature Grounding Call and The Alignment Series! Grounding Calls are the most anticipated service via our audience! Grounding Calls are 60 minute calls where high priority gaps are addresses and a realistic roadmap and strategy are created– aligned with that creator’s style of communication and workflow. All this while leveraging the desired workload of the creator. Did I mention these services are meant to decrease the strain on your mental health while creating?! The Alignment Series is a more long- term service. A three call guidance program where immersive resources are provided as well as scalable and sustainable strategies! These services aren’t meant to break your pocket, I’m here for those creators who can’t afford a manager, can’t find an accountability partner, and feel like they’re between jumping the ledge and becoming a legend!

What was the biggest obstacle in your journey and how did you overcome it?

My biggest obstacle has been doing what others expected of me or just doing things to prove people wrong. I know we always want to prove people wrong but we also need to take into consideration HOW and WHAT we are doing to prove them wrong. After realizing that anything I did that wasn’t truly adding value to my life- value being a word that symbolizes many things– I took a three month hiatus from social media and only did things that made me feel good and added value to my work and crafts! I think this was the best thing that happened to me– taking a break and starting from scratch. From that hiatus, LIMITLESS was born. I can not wait for you all to experience it!

What separates you from similar organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?

You never hear about Creative Mentors or Operators. The difference between me and any other person serving creators is that I’m looking to impact your mental health positively. I’m also looking to give ACCESS to those things that could really increase your creativity and help guide you professionally through creating a genuine experience. I’m not a boss, I’m a leader. I’m not your manager, I’m a mentor. I’m not a content strategist, I’m a creative operator and I’m here to help.

Is there anything you wished you would have known earlier in your journey?

I wish I would have known that it doesn’t have to be “either or”. I always strived off of having an open mind yet I always approached situations with a slim window of solution. I would tell myself to embrace the openness and alternative solutions.

Do you have any favorite spots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?

My favorite spot has to be Eddie V’s! So elegant, so good, and Black- Owned!

Were there any major challenges due to the covid-19 pandemic? How did you overcome them?

The pandemic was unlike anything I experienced (of course). I dealt with anxiety, depression, fear, and every other negative emotion. My biggest challenge was coming to terms that I never knew when the last time would be that I talked to family or friends. That’s tough. Not only was a I dealing with a pandemic but I was dealing with the challenges and pain that came with being Black in America. These things are long- term issues but the short- term remedy (not cure) that I invested in was therapy.

Do you have a mentor and can you remember any key advice they have given you?

Yes! I have PLENTY mentors but I have a primary business mentor/ coach and I can say the key advice given to me has been about standing up for yourself. “Standing up for yourself is more about action than it is about feeling. It’s about the small steps.” My mentor is Barbara, owner of Be A Little Bold.
