Hey! Please explain to the audience what you’re promoting.
I’m here to promote TSFW Coaching & FLY Girlz Academy Inc.
What was the biggest obstacle in your journey and how did you overcome it?
The obstacle that I have had to endure is changing my mindset from when things don’t go according to my pace and realizing that every small step I take is another part of making bigger progress. We always feel as if we have to do everything at once when in reality it is all about pacing yourself to complete the task you desire to achieve.
What separates you from similar artist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
I believe that my personality and showing people that the glass ceiling can be shattered if you just take the leap of Faith to jump. When you come across me, you will not receive temporary motivation but a lifetime relationship that makes you feel safe. I like to bring out the best in people and can say things that lights the fuel to the fire but I ensure that it it up to you to be accountable for the proper steps to make progress. Whether I’m your resilience coach for personal growth or starting your business or being that Fearless mentor for our FLY Girlz, the LK Scott experience is unforgettable.
Is there anything you wished you would have known earlier in your journey?
That you don’t have to use your money for all these programs or products to start a business! Google, YouTube University, Research, and finding your tribe will allow you to make better investment decisions.
Do you have any favorite spots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?

What was your upbringing like and did you discover your passion early on?
I was actually an educator in the classroom trying to decide whether or not I was going to still be an educator. After the 2021 school year, I decided to educate in the way that is enjoyable with no restrictions and became a Life Coach and started our mentorship program FLY Girlz Academy. The pandemic made me realize that I’m capable of not staying confined in a box and refuse to let no one stand in my way of my purpose and passion
Do you have a mentor and can you remember any key advice they have given you?
I don’t necessarily have mentors but key people who I learn in different aspects of my life. Learning from different people makes me have different perspectives in the way I go about things and don’t restrict me from just one person’s insight.
Were your friends and family supportive of your mission?
They were freaking out at first and did not understand why I did what I did. They were not supposed to understand in the first place because God did not tell them the vision but ME. Eventually they came around and saw that THIS Lauren was different and put action behind the vision.
