I help women grow in their authenticity, rest in their vulnerabilities, & find pleasure in their self-care.
What was the biggest obstacle in your journey and how did you overcome it?
My biggest obstacle in life has been finding balance and prioritizing my self care. Joy has become a huge non negotiable in my life. As a black woman I remember hearing the women around me preach the importance of working hard and being strong. Yet, I cant remember those same women talking to me about creating joyful moments and memories. I still have to remind myself, from time to time, to have fun and to live life in balance.
What separates you from similar businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
It’s important that my clients break generational cycles and create a new pattern of living. Marginalized women often times are living day to day as wives, mothers, and co workers and very little is left for themselves. It’s my job to help women reprioritize themselves and bring back a healthy balance to their lives.
