Jamie Biel joined Treaty Oak Distilling in June 2018 with a focus on science and sustainability. As a botanist and former high school science teacher, she understands and appreciates the biochemistry of fermentation, distillation, and maturation. From water quality and conservation to sustainable farming techniques and locally sourced organic and heirloom grains, sustainability is a pillar of Treaty Oak Distilling.
