What was the biggest obstacle in your journey and how did you overcome it?
I found it difficult to learn how to balance healing myself, learning how to strengthen and trust my spiritual abilities, and use my new found gifts and knowledge to help others when I started this journey. I had to learn how to prioritize my healing journey so that I could help others later and share what I learned during my toughest times. I also had to learn to completely trust myself and my abilities. Although it was an emotionally challenging time, it was also a very exiting time. I got to spend my days with my sister doing Reiki, learning as much as I could about spirituality, working with crystals, and exploring the world of energy healing.
What separates you from similar artist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
Soul Sistas is all about intention and simplicity. We set unique Divinely guided intentions in all of our products so you can easily select the right one for you. All of our products are infused with Reiki and Archangel healing energy which amplifies the healing energy our customers receive. Our Reiki services powerfully combine crystal healing energy, Reiki healing, and our intuitive healing gifts too. We truly pour our heart into everything we make and all of the services we provide.
Is there anything you wished you would have known earlier in your journey?
I wish I wouldn’t have stressed so much about trying to prove my spiritual gifts to others or if my unique style of healing would be accepted in the spiritual community.
Do you have any favorite spots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
I love going to and participating in pop-ups and markets around the DFW. Meeting new people and sharing my passion for energy healing with them is my favorite thing to do anywhere in DFW.
Were there any major challenges due to the covid-19 pandemic? How did you overcome them?
We actually started Soul Sistas when the pandemic started. I lost my 9-5 job like a lot of people during that difficult time. However, we saw this as an opportunity to start something new and exciting, something that we knew could really help others during such a scary time.
What was your upbringing like and did you discover your passion early on?
I was raised to be a faithful, strong, and independent woman which has helped me in every aspect of my life. My family is very intuitive and spiritually gifted in different ways which I wasn’t aware of until recently. I didn’t really embrace my psychic and healing abilities until I started my spiritual journey and Soul Sistas. I’ve always been creative and enjoyed doing different crafts, but I didn’t discover my passion for crystals and energy healing until later in my adult life.
Do you have a mentor and can you remember any key advice they have given you?
Danielle Ingenito has been a wonderful mentor. She taught me the importance of healing yourself first and eliminating self-limiting beliefs.
Were your friends and family supportive of your mission?
I have been blessed with such wonderfully supportive family and friends during this entire journey. My tribe has been so encouraging and positive about Soul Sistas’ mission to help others from day one and I’m truly grateful.
